Spinal Decompression

Spinal Decompression: Manual flexion-distraction therapy is performed on a specialized table that allows the spine to passively stretch and decompress. Through this treatment approach the patient is able to relax the tight guarded muscles while the doctor moves the table and thus the spine. This gently stretches and decompresses your spinal joints, discs and tissue creating relief in your back, leg or hip. Often this technique will help with bulging discs, degenerative disc and joint disease and overall limited mobility.
